The City envisions this waterfront site as a mixed-use development with a restaurant as well as a supportive office component. This site has direct connectivity to the beautifully renovated Lake Concord Park as well as abuts a lighted boardwalk. Future proposed plans include lengthening the boardwalk around the entire lake.
On May 24, 2012, the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency approved and entered into a Contract for Purchase and Sale with the owner of the Black’s Automotive parcel, located directly south of the Lake Concord property. The purchase of this approximate 20,250 square foot site allows for assemblage and a larger footprint for redevelopment.
Points of connection for water and sewer utilities will be provided. This site provides a prime setting for development; ambiance awaits.
